We are not licensed to sell retail cuts other than Angusburger.
If you want steaks and roasts, etc., we will be happy to sell
you a steer (or part interest in one) that is ready for market.
You can choose all-grass fed (seasonal), or an animal fed partly
on grain. Some of our customers prefer the grass-finished product,
others prefer the grain-finished.
You can have meat custom cut to your specifications. The meat
from quarter share usually fits easily in a 7 cubic foot freezer.
